In a strategic move to fortify our workforce, we recently embarked on a training journey supported by the World Bank and executed in collaboration with our esteemed partner, EFE (Education For Employment). The initiative involved training 168 individuals, categorized into seven distinct groups specializing in crucial areas including translation, advanced data entry, financial Excel, digital marketing, WordPress, and social media.

The heart of the initiative lay in addressing the dynamic demands of today’s competitive landscape. Participants were divided into seven specialized groups, each immersing themselves in hands-on learning experiences to master the intricacy.

The carefully crafted training program provided participants with a total of 60 hours of intensive learning. This was further segmented into 30 hours of technical training, 15 hours of job marketing training, and an additional 15 hours dedicated to freelance training.

Technical Training:

Central to the program was the delivery of in-depth technical knowledge specific to each group’s specialization. Through a mix of interactive sessions, workshops, and real-world scenarios, participants were equipped with the latest industry insights and best practices.

Freelance Training:

Acknowledging the rise of freelancing as a viable career choice, a significant portion of the training focused on preparing participants for the gig economy. This included guidance on setting up profiles on freelancing platforms, securing projects, and delivering high-quality work as independent professionals.

Job Marketing Training:

Understanding the importance of effectively marketing acquired skills, the program allocated substantial time to job marketing strategies. Participants learned how to craft compelling resumes, showcase their skills, and articulate their value in a professional setting.

As we commemorate the successful culmination of this training venture, we anticipate witnessing the positive impact it will have on the professional journeys of the 168 individuals who participated. Our ongoing commitment to innovation, excellence, and growth is fortified through strategic partnerships with organizations such as the World Bank and EFE, ensuring the continual elevation of our workforce and the broader community.
