Jolancer Academy, in collaboration with the Jordanian Education for Employment Foundation (EFE-Jordan), has embarked on a groundbreaking initiative to address the critical issue of unemployment in Jordan. This ambitious project, generously funded by Spark in cooperation with the Islamic Development Bank, Islamic Solidarity for Development, and the Sheikh Abdullah Al Nouri Charity Society, aims to provide a pathway to economic empowerment for 25 young men and women from Jordanian and Syrian communities.

The comprehensive training program, spanning two distinct phases, was meticulously crafted to equip participants with the necessary skills and knowledge for today’s competitive job market. The initial phase comprised a dynamic group training module conducted over five days, with each session extending two hours to facilitate comprehensive learning. Subsequently, the second phase involved a tailored mentorship program, totaling an impressive 91 hours of personalized guidance for each student.

The primary objective of this transformative project is to alleviate the burden of unemployment faced by the youth of Jordan. By offering targeted support and fostering skill development, Jolancer Academy and EFE-Jordan strive to create a more prosperous and sustainable future for the region, ensuring that every young individual has the opportunity to realize their full potential and contribute meaningfully to the workforce.
